my latest clothing crush are SmartWool® Ski socks. Adrianne’s folks got me hooked on the SmartWool® socks years ago, but it wasn’t until last month that I picked up some of their ski socks. (honestly, there are too many variations for sale, but that post isn’t finished yet) warm, colorful, knee high— they make me wish my knee was better* so i could properly prance around the house in them.
* I should have the results of the MRI on my knee in a few days.

Feeling is just returning to my toes now. So many lessons learned tonight… temptation to buy a granny cart is high. Or a car. It’ll be a while before I trust a dispatcher for Forest Hills Taxi again. Hopefully the Whole Foods moving into JP will gentrify the area enough that the cab system will actually work like it’s supposed to. Perhaps I just need to give the dispatcher a whiter name instead?
